Guitarist and Hollis native Fran LaMalva to perform in Mason on Saturday night

Hollis native Fran LaMalva will be the featured performer on Saturday, November 18, at 7 p.m. at Mason’s Living Room Coffee House.

Fran LaMalva has been around for a while in these parts and has delighted every single crowd he’s performed for. His polished and intricate guitar styles and arresting vocals capture each song exquisitely, whether it’s one of his own compositions or a compelling cover. A very heartwarming experience! Not only does Fran play at the top-shelf level, but he builds his own guitars. His luthier business is located at http://lizardeye.com/ and he hails from Hollis, NH.

Doors open at 6:30 pm and all are welcome to sit, relax, meet and mingle. Performers (music, poetry, spoken word) are encouraged to sign up for one of the 15-minute slots. Sign-up is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Performances start at 7:00.

The Living Room Coffee House is a wholesome relaxing atmosphere for people to gather, listen and perform music, poetry and the spoken word. The stage is set for you to perform in front of a supportive audience. A $5 donation is suggested. Students may bring 2 cans of food as their donation, to help support the local St. Vincent De Paul food pantry.

Coffee, tea, water, soda, and juices are available, as well as popcorn and a variety of yummy baked goods from our kitchen. There is no charge for snacks.
