Registration open for the NH Moves 90-Day Challenge

The New Hampshire Governor’s Council on Physical Activity and Health and New Hampshire State Parks announced that registration for the 2018 90-Day Challenge is open at http://nhmoves.org/90daychallenge/.

The Challenge is to exercise for 20 minutes or more every day in the months of June, July, and August. The intent of this program is to spread awareness about the physical and psychological benefits of regular exercise and to encourage more New Hampshire residents to become physically active and enjoy our state parks.

Participants in the program receive a NH State Parks Passport that gains them entry to select state parks free of charge and will have a chance to win a 2019 individual season pass to NH State Parks.

Join Health Officer Lynn McCann and other Mason residents in the 90-Day Challenge. Sponsored by the Governor’s Council on Physical Activity & Health, the program challenges you to move at least 20 minutes every day over the course of 90 days.

Signup is free. Participants in the program enjoy free admission to state parks.
