Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 that the following application(s) will be reviewed for completeness by the Planning Board on February 28, 2018 at the Mann House located at 16 Darling Hill Road during a regular meeting:

7:45 P.M. MAS 18-02: An application by Jon and Nancy Bryan (154 Morse Road), and Gerald and Judith Anderson (408 Morse Road), for a lot line adjustment between lots K-15 and L-57. Both lots are in the GRAF district. The proposed adjustment would transfer a rectangular parcel approximately 788.7 feet by 1,583.4 feet (28.7 acres) from lot L-57 to lot K-15.

If the Board deems an application as complete, a public hearing may immediately follow. The public hearing will be continued to a date certain until an application is approved or disapproved. This serves as notice for any continuation of the public hearing to a date certain. The Planning Board meets the last Wednesday of the month at 7:30 PM.

A copy of the application(s) listed above is available for public review at the Selectmen’s Office during regular business hours. You may submit comments in person or in writing. Anyone needing assistance in attending these hearings should contact the Selectmen’s Office one week prior to the meeting. Issuance of a decision shall be in accordance with RSA 676:3.

Notice of Board of Adjustment Continued Hearing: 31 July 2017 7:30pm

Continuation of 071717-1 Special Exception Hearing submitted by Jenny Greenwood and Robert Greenwood. The application is to build a 700 sq ft Accessory Dwelling unit above existing attached garage using the existing structure. Property Location is 773 Greenville Road, Mason, NH 03048.

A Zoning Board of Adjustment Public Hearing will be held on Monday, July 17, 2017 at 8:00pm at the Mann House 16 Darling Hill Road. The Hearing pertains to an application for a Special Exception submitted by Jenny Greenwood (Owner) and Robert Greenwood. The application is for special exception for a 700 ft Accessory Dwelling Unit above the existing garage. Refer to Article XX: Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance of the Town of Mason Planning Ordinance.

Lehtonen, 20 Bell Lane, LLC, of 586 Turnpike Road, New Ipswich, NH 03071, to subdivide Map J Lot 11-1, located at 20 Bell Lane (intersection of Bell Lane, Seven Star Lane, and Old Turnpike Road), Mason NH (totaling 70.61 acres) into 2 parcels.  The result will be 2 Lots, the first lot J-11-1 with 66.60 acres, and the second parcel with 4.009 acres.
