As part of the Town of Mason’s 250th celebration, the Uncle Sam 5k road race will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018, at 9 a.m.

The race features:

  • Friendly, fairly flat, and well shaded course

Library accepting donations for the Old Home Day book sale through Thursday

Thursday, September 7, is the last day to donate your gently used books and DVDs to Mason Public Library for the book sale on Old Home Day.

You may bring books and DVDs to the Library during open hours:

  • Tuesday and Wednesday – 9am to 4pm, 6 to 8pm
  • Thursday – 9am to 4pm

Please, no textbooks, almanacs or dictionaries.

Wanted: Artisans and crafters for Mason Old Home Day 2017

Mason Old Home Day 2017 is on Saturday, September 9th, 2017, from 11am-4pm, and is sponsored by the Mason Recreation Committee.

The annual celebration on the common includes food, a road race, live music, church yard sale, library book sale, and pony rides. Crafters and artisans can bring their own tables/tents for a $20 table fee. Please contact the Mason Recreation Committee (http://masonnh.us/recreation-committee-general-information/) if you would like an application.

Conservation Commission to display aquifer maps at Old Home Day

If you are concerned about your well given drought conditions in the area, stop by the Conservation Commission’s table at Old Home Day and view the aquifer maps. Mason Old Home Day is on Saturday, Sept. 10, from 11am to 4pm on the town common. For the schedule of events, go to: http://masonnh.us/
